How to use BPAY
Log on to your online or mobile banking.
Choose the BPAY or Bill Payment option.
Find the BPAY logo on your email or paper bill.
Enter the payment details:
- BPAY Biller code
- Customer Reference Number (CRN)
- Amount from your bill.

BPAY payments can only be made from Australian bank accounts.
All of the businesses offering BPAY accept payments from savings, cheque and debit card accounts, only some accept payments from credit card accounts.
Can I set up recurring or scheduled BPAY Payments?
You can set up recurring or scheduled payments as a convenient way to pay your bills on time. Check whether its available through your online or mobile banking.
Is BPAY Safe?
All BPAY payments are made within the secure environment of your online banking.
BPAY doesn't receive any of your personal details or account details during the payment process.

I can't find a BPAY logo and BPAY payment details on my bill?
BPAY is offered by over 45,000 businesses as a way to pay bills, if you do not see the BPAY logo or payment details, this may mean that BPAY cannot be used for this particular bill.
I made a mistake! What should I do?
Don't worry! Your financial institution or bank should be able to help. Contact them as soon as you can.
I received an error with my payment. What should I do?
Firstly, check that you've got the payment details right, including the Biller Code and the Customer Reference Number (CRN). You should also make sure that your Biller accepts payments from the type of account you're paying them from (for example, some Billers won't accept payments from credit card accounts).
